Once a Marbury Bulldog, always a Marbury Bulldog!!! At 5 years of age, I attended Marbury at this very school all the way until I graduated in 2001. I then attended the University of Montevallo, where I played basketball on a four-year scholarship. After I graduated from Montevallo, I attended the University of South Alabama and then Alabama State University. I worked 17 years with the Department of Human Resources and then decided to go back to school to teach! I then attended the University of West Alabama for three years, where I received my teaching certificate. I have been teaching middle school science for three years and fell in love with it. I live on our family farm, which I grew up on, where my husband has now built our forever home. We live with our three beautiful children, one cat, and about 25 head of cattle that my parents own. We love the peace of living on the farm, along with all the sweet love from the furbabies! I love the Lord, cows, baseball, basketball, and softball. I am so excited to see how much the students and I learn and grow together. GO BULLDOGS!
